I am fiona. I am a Consultant Solicitor and I undertake work on a private basis. I specialise in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate Estate Administration. I am married to Alex and have a wonderful daughter and son. I am awakened as regards spiritual energy, mindfulness and crystal healing, growing my own veg, gardening, cryptocurrency, digital assets, sovereignty and common law. Work I enjoy seeing clients and do my very best to give people peace of mind at times of difficulty. All work is conducted privately. I regularly speak to people who are being touched by dementia, cancer or death. I can help give peace of mind when it comes to making a Will, Lasting Powers of Attorney or to help administer a person's estate and obtain Probate. Life can get extremely difficult and upsetting at times and I will of course help when a client has a reason for needing me. However, rather than think of a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney as a document of doom, it should be seen as a document which enables you to have reassurance that everything is in place for you or your loved ones if you fall ill or protects everything you have created in your lifetime. They are documents to empower you not to fear. Naturally, circumstances also change through our lives and you will build a longer term relationship with me as a result. I am a private Consultant Solicitor which basically means that my services are carried out privately under the banner of a firm of Solicitors but it will be me that deals with everything on your behalf. This means that any work I do for you will be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and covered with professional indemnity insurance should anything go wrong (hopefully not!). I work from home but my appointments are on TEAMS, telephone or at your home/workplace. I can always arrange a meeting place if you prefer. Social Media I have been active on social media for over ten years both personally and for work. I was very honoured to be selected on Twitter for 'Queen of approachable law' and 'Queen of Order of Fabulous'. In 2017, I was mentioned on Twitter by Theo Paphitis on his SBS (Small Business Sunday) and in February 2018, I was invited to attend his SBS network event in Birmingham.
